Ever since donuts with a difference opened, I was a customer, Steve and Marilyn treat their customers like they are kings and Queens. Steve makes the best doughnuts and the most delightful corn muffins in all of the Boston area. Someday I'm going back to Medford just to see, the fantastic people that they attract. Also to have My old every day cup of tea and a corn muffin heated with butter. It is always a wonderful thing to just walk in a door of a business and the people already know what it is you want, with a wonderful greeting and always smiling staff. I work @ VA Hosp. in Boston. On mornings when I've had to come in late, I've brought in donuts & coffee rolls from donuts w/ a difference. I guess you could say my co-workers are already "hooked" just from all the "I hate you"s I got from them the other day. Said comments being made while they were scarfing down their "favorites" before anyone else could get their hands on them! Keep up the good work .. let other idiots have the chains, your palce reminds me of the shops that were around when I was a kid! Not all flash!

Donuts with a Difference is a hidden jewel north of Boston. Its a small shop but the donuts are truly the Best. I've tried them all; Dunkin, Kane's, Krispy Kreme, etc. but this shop in Medford has them all beat on all accounts....texture (not 'clumpy' or heavy with the dough) taste and variety. Worth the trip.

"You ask, "What makes Donuts with A Difference, so different?" The difference is that these donuts are made with love. When you go into this shop in the morning you are greeted by the owners. Marilyn Dulling is at the front of the store greeting the customers, taking orders, answering the phones and making coffee and other scrumptious items while Steve Dulling is in the back (probably before your alarm clock has even gone off) making the donuts. This donut shop has everything you could want, great people, great prices, and great products! The friendly atomosphere alone makes every experience a pleasant one. I can not say enough good things about this donut shop."
